Our Story
We started as two recruiters and a spreadsheet.
HireBench opened in 2011 placing IT support staff across the North West. Fifteen years on we run sector desks in eight industries, but the method has not changed: know the market, screen properly, and only send people we would hire ourselves.
Today a team of 34 recruiters works with 300 client companies and a pool of more than half a million candidates. Every permanent placement carries a 90-day replacement guarantee.
