About these terms
These terms govern your use of the HireBench website and summarise how we work with candidates and hiring companies. By using the site you agree to them. Formal engagements with hiring companies are governed by a signed terms-of-business agreement, which prevails over this summary.
Using this website
The site is provided for finding roles, requesting talent and contacting us. You agree not to misuse it — including scraping candidate or client data, submitting false applications, or attempting to disrupt the service.
Job listings and applications
Roles shown on this site are live mandates from client companies at the time of loading, but availability changes quickly and a listing is not a guarantee that a role remains open. Submitting an application authorises us to consider you for that role; we will always ask before representing you to a specific company.
For hiring companies
Fees are agreed per assignment before work begins and are payable on a successful placement — see how we charge. Permanent placements carry a 90-day replacement guarantee as set out in the terms-of-business agreement. Introductions remain confidential and engaging an introduced candidate within 12 months of introduction constitutes a placement.
Intellectual property
The HireBench name, wordmark and site content belong to HireBench Recruitment. Photography is used under the Unsplash License. You may not reproduce site content commercially without permission.
Liability
The site is provided "as is". We take care to keep information accurate but exclude liability for loss arising from reliance on site content, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms from time to time; the date above shows the latest revision. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
